Working Principle
The interference methane detector calibrator applies the principle of pressure diffused silicon converting electrical signals. The micro-pressure generated by the pressure pump is connected to the sensor through a communicator. The electrical signal generated by the sensor under pressure is processed by the circuit and controlled by a microprocessor through programming. The pressure value is displayed on the digital tube and output through the pressure output connector. When the optical interference methane detector calibrator is applied to an optical interference methane detector, the airtightness or the pressure indication value of the instrument is referenced against the pressure/methane comparison table provided by the instrument (or relevant standards). The basic error of the tested instrument is determined based on the spectral shift of the tested instrument.
